Zippers can be divided into three majorparts:
Tape,Teeth And Slider.
① Forth and Back head tape.
Head tape is the part of zipper without teeth.Forth head tape is the tip of top stop.Back head tape is the tip of bottom stop.
② Top stop
An element which is fixed on top of the chain restricts sliders pulling out.
③ Slider
It is a movable component which makes teeth close and open.
④ Puller
It is a part of slider which can be designed in all kinds of geometry shapes and connects with slider through middle component to achieve zippers’on-off.
⑤ Teeth
Teeth are made of metal or plastic,have certain shapes after processing.
⑥ Tape
A soft belt,which is made of cotton yarn and synthetic fiber, is used for bearing teeth and other components.
⑦ Bottom stop
An element which is fixed on the bottom of chain restricts sliders pulling out.
